Understand Word, Excel, Google Docs
Maintain accurate records of all monies spent
Create a budget and evaluate past year's budget
Willing to research options to help decrease operating costs
Provide updated budget reports at every meeting
Handle On-site registration at conferences
Handle honorariums to be given to speakers
Must not miss more than 2 meetings per year
Draft communications to be sent out to the membership
Be prepared to assume the role of Treasurer at the end of the term (2 years)
This is a 4 year expectation (of course life happens)
2 years as Assistant
2 years as Treasurer (with a maximum of 2 terms)
